Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final (EULA)

Este Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final ("EULA") es un acuerdo legal entre tú y Ascension. Este EULA regula la adquisición y el uso de nuestro software Ascension ("Software"), ya sea directamente de Ascension o indirectamente a través de un revendedor o distribuidor autorizado de Apple o Google (un "Revendedor").

1. Reconocimiento

Tú y Ascension reconocéis que este EULA se celebra únicamente entre tú y Ascension, y no con Apple Inc. ni Google LLC. Ascension, y no Apple ni Google, es la única responsable del Software y de su contenido.

2. Concesión de licencia

Ascension te concede una licencia personal, intransferible y no exclusiva para usar el software Ascension en tus dispositivos conforme a los términos de este EULA. Puedes instalar el software Ascension en un dispositivo Apple o Android bajo tu control.

3. Compras dentro de la app y suscripciones

El Software ofrece compras dentro de la app y suscripciones auto-renovables para las funciones Premium ("Ascension Pro").

• El pago se cargará a tu cuenta de Apple ID / Google Play al confirmar la compra.
• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que se cancele al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso.
• El cargo por renovación se realizará en tu cuenta dentro de las 24 horas previas al final del periodo en curso.
• Puedes gestionar y cancelar tus suscripciones desde los ajustes de tu cuenta en el App Store o Google Play después de la compra.

4. Uso permitido

No puedes: (a) editar, alterar, modificar, adaptar, traducir o cambiar de cualquier otra forma la totalidad o parte del Software, ni permitir que la totalidad o parte del Software se combine con otro software o se incorpore a él, ni descompilar, desensamblar o aplicar ingeniería inversa al Software, ni intentar hacer nada de lo anterior; (b) reproducir, copiar, distribuir, revender o usar de cualquier otra forma el Software con fines comerciales; (c) permitir que un tercero use el Software en nombre o en beneficio de cualquier tercero; (d) usar el Software de cualquier forma que incumpla cualquier ley local, nacional o internacional aplicable; (e) usar el Software para cualquier fin que Ascension considere un incumplimiento de este EULA.

5. Terminación

Este EULA entra en vigor desde la fecha en que uses el Software por primera vez y continuará hasta su terminación. Puedes terminarlo en cualquier momento mediante notificación por escrito a Ascension. También terminará de inmediato si incumples cualquier término de este EULA. Tras dicha terminación, las licencias concedidas por este EULA terminarán de inmediato y te comprometes a cesar todo acceso y uso del Software.

6. Ley aplicable

Este EULA, y cualquier disputa que surja de él o en relación con él, se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de la jurisdicción en la que Ascension esté establecida.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Ascension. This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Ascension software ("Software") directly from Ascension or indirectly through an Apple or Google authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

1. Acknowledgment

You and Ascension acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Ascension only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Ascension, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Software and the content thereof.

2. License Grant

Ascension hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Ascension software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement. You are permitted to load the Ascension software onto an Apple or Android device under your control.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Software offers In-App Purchases and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions for Premium features ("Ascension Pro").

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

4. Permitted Use

You may not: (a) Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things. (b) Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose. (c) Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party. (d) Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law. (e) use the Software for any purpose that Ascension considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.

5. Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Ascension. It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software.

6. Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ascension is established.
