Terms of Service (EULA)

Welcome to ASCENSION ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using this neural calibration and self-improvement application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service and Standard License Conditions.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on mobile devices you personally own, strictly for your own self-improvement and tactical habit training.

2. Neural Calibration Responsibility

ASCENSION is a gamification and mental-structuring tool. The Hunter assumes full responsibility for the physical execution of missions (exercise, nutrition, etc.). The App does not provide professional medical, therapeutic, or nutritional advice.

3. Premium Subscription and In-App Purchases

The App offers an auto-renewing Premium subscription of $4.99/month through official integrated billing (RevenueCat):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current active period.
• Cancellations are managed directly through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

4. Conduct and Data Modification

Obtaining cosmetics (Banners, Titles, Avatars) must be organic and legitimate, through the completion of missions. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access to accounts that maliciously alter system values.

5. Jurisdiction and Support
